What is the shipping policy?
We ship for a flat fee of 10$.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping fees for returning items.
What is the return policy?
We understand that shopping for clothing online can sometimes be challenging, and you may want to exchange an item after seeing it in person. At Boujee Boutique, we make every effort to clearly describe the style and fit of each product. If you need to return your order for any reason, please review the following details of our policy.
1. Eligibility for Refunds for store credit
Refunds are available for products purchased directly from Boujee Boutique within 7 days of the purchase date.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags and in the same condition that you received it.
Refunds are given in STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Please note shipping and handling costs will not be included in your store credit.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
All sale items are final and not eligible for returns.
Loungewear, Bodysuits and athleisure bottoms are not eligible for returns or exchanges
ANY item that has been worn or has a smell will not be accepted.
All footwear, slippers and house shoes are final sale.
All candles, Laundry Soaps and Scent Sticks
All Lipglosses and Chapsticks
Please note that exact colors of merchandise may vary due to lighting and environment, so these situations do not count toward reasons for returning
3. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund for store credit, please email our customer service team at office@boujeeboutiquelbk.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Please state that you will be mailing in or dropping off the return.
Please include the original invoice and note the reason for return.

Boujee Boutique strongly recommends using a reliable shipping method with tracking for your return packages.
You can also return items in the store.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account for store credit.
Please allow 3-4 business days for us to process your return and then up to a week to issue the store credit.
We will hold non-returnable orders for 14 days, after which time the inventory will be considered abandoned.
5. Shipping Costs
Please note shipping and handling costs will not be included in your store credit.
All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, style, or color, please indicate what item you would like in your return package. Please follow the above guidelines on returns.
Please indicate whether it’s an exchange or just a return in the note you enclose in your package.
For exchanges of items with lesser value, we will issue a store credit for the difference. For items of greater value, please get in touch with us for payment on the balance due.
